I really don't like him, he just looks like an idiot but you can't argue with the instant turnaround they've had on defense. It's hard to sit here and say that their defense is more talented than ours even though they rank so much better than us in almost every statistical category. They have a deeper defensive line, other than that I'd take all of our LBs and secondary over theirs. Imagine what he'd be able to do with our talent. I give Goldson a lot of sheet around here but I don't think this defense does him any favors.

People are calling for Lovie Smith and he has missed the playoffs 6 outta the 9 years he was there. Yeah his QBs sucked too. But I'd rather have Rex Ryan than Lovie Smith.

Are you talking about Rex or Lovie? Because both have horrific offenses. Only difference is Lovie has had Cutler as his QB who is worlds better than anyone Rex has ever had. Jets have spent a ton of picks on Offense and most of them have not panned out. Is that really Rexs fault only? Almost all the defensive picks they made have been pretty solid starters for them. I'm not saying Rob or Rex would be the best 1st choice. But I wouldn't mind them as they both have over a decade of proven NFL experience.

Amazing what good coaching can do. Our defense has so much more talent than them yet they are ranked better than us in pretty much every category.
