I knew this would happen. Saw it coming months ago.
I watched every game Richardson played at Florida and he was one of the worst throwing QBs I've seen in a long time. He can't throw a 5 yard pass in the flat, has zero touch (everything is a fastball), can't read a defense, no pocket awareness..yet he's an athletic freak and obviously looked great in shorts at the combine.
This guy couldn't handle SEC defenses and will get eaten up in the NFL.
It blows my mind that these so called "experts" think he will be a good NFL..some bozos even have him No 1 overall. Total joke.
He's not half the QB Young, Stroud. Levi's, even Hooker are.
I will granantee he never develops into a good NFL. I also can comfortably say Hooker will end up with a much better career than Richardson.
Bucs would be foolish to draft a QB this year. But then again they did draft a kicker in the second round so anything is possible
What is amazing to me is that there are posters on several boards who think Richardson, who has such poor college stats is great. All the while they criticize Trask who had great stats while at Florida. Bias gone wild.

Richardson should be drafted where we took Trask.
Trask should have been drafted in the 5th or 6th.
I'm interested in him as a prospect but he is so crazy overvalued.
Plus, as we all know, Florida doesn't put successful qbs in the NFL.
I just watched AR throw at the combine. He didn’t look too hot. Not a fan of his release. And his accuracy was not sharp against air.

3rd-5th round QB. Everything is slow: processing, delivery, ball velocity in game. Don't care about his 40 time, didn't translate vs Georgia. Missing wide open receivers. Not even close to what Lamar Jackson or Cam were in college. The comparisons are lazy and ignorant.
The guy is an incredible athlete, but a meh QB

I know qb is the most important position but we can't draft any of the qb prospects this year in the 1st.
4th round and beyond, have at it. Maybe the 3rd for Hooker but even then I'm meh
Should draft him and move him to TE, that would be his best position.
The top 5 QB’s in this years draft are Bryce Young(AL), CJ Stroud (OSU), Will Levis (KY), Anthony Richardson (FL) and Hendon Hooker (TN). What do these 5 QB’s have in common? They were all defeated by Stetson Bennett (GA).
I honestly have no clue what's going to happen with AR15. I remember watching Herbert in college and Josh Allen tape and thinking these guys aren't going to be any good. Meanwhile they're both top 5 and franchise qb's. Not to say Richardson will be that but, its damn near impossible to project QB's especially if they are in a good situation. He's a little raw for me to take high but Bucs aren't picking top 5-10 so its a non-issue.
Herbert had Mario Cristobal handcuffing the offense and his staff can only recruit, not develop. And our WRs were all small and slow.
Allen was at Wyoming so it was impossible to measure him.
Richardson has had above average talent at Florida, just like Trask.
Of any qb in this class I’d want hooker.
ideally we(might..hopefully)get a franchise qb in next years draft otherwise
