Antonio Brown Suspension

With the Giants facing a COVID issue where their offensive line is in question, it brings the Antonio Brown suspension into question. If, the game has to be postponed because the Giants do not have the required 8 offensive linemen available, how does it affect Brown? Would he then have to wait until AFTER the New Orleans game to be reinstated since his suspension is 8 “games” and not 8 “weeks”? It would seem unfair that the Bucs planned their signing based on availability in week 9 and then something, beyond their control, makes him unavailable.
