Any other season ticket holders get a call from Bucs?

My mom, season ticket holder since 1981, got a call from Bucs Members Relationship folks to see how she was doing. First time ever for spontaneous call from them and my mom is not a complainer. They asked mom how she felt and my mom discussed her disappointment and frustration with all the losing. Mom feels the Bucs may be polling or checking with their long time season ticket holders for possible changes. Any other season ticket holders get called like this? Is it common?
