Im very uneasy about the presumed pending regime change. I think Monken is a top offensive coach, and Duffner has been incredibly impressive in producing a massive turn around on defense when being thrusted into DC role. I dont think Koetter is the best HC but the disappointment of this season boils down to these things imo
Defense/Mike Smith as DC - possibly fixed
QB turnover machines - work in progress
Oline runblocking/rungame - the obvious offseason need
Terrible Special Teams - idk
I definitely dont think Koetter is great, but not sure how much of this is his fault and Im kinda feeling not so good about saying bye to Duffner and Monken now. My ideal scenario would be for Bucs to look good next 3 games, win out, keep the staff but replace Jason Licht. I dont want Licht touching a draft pick next year
