Anyone think this is related to the Bucs desire to play games elsewhere

I remember a month or two back the discussion about the Bucs seeking the right to play more home games elsewhere starting in 2018.  I just saw that the NFL signed a deal to play three regular-season games played at Twickenham over a three-year period starting in October 2016.  The deal also includes an option for a further two games over the same period.Related in spirit maybe?  Dunno, just thinking out loud while my garage door is being replaced lol...
