Are we seeing history repeat with this team?

First of all, as my time as a fan I have come to the conclusion coaches can be as stubborn as a mule. With that said, I don't see Kirk changing his play calling and game management. He was hired cause the Bucs didn't want to let him go and they thought he could would be better for the offense than Lovie. So far things really haven't been going that way. Including the last two drafts haven't been anything too special. I have a feeling we'll see a new HC and possibly GM in the next two years and we'll start all over again as usual.
