In order of biggest to least concerning:
1. Donovan Smith
Dude didn’t seem to want to play this year and has never had the passion for playing that you want in a tackle. His laziness and not playing to whistle exposed Sunday. Tape doesn’t lie. He is a liability.
2. Suh
Disappeared for much of the game. If he is getting most of snaps he needs to make more of an impact. If not make him more rotational.
3. Special teams
Punter was not exceptional and he lacked air time on his punts. Kick returner seemed nervous all day. He deserved some responsibility for the fumble at end of game. He should have called out that he had it from the get go.
4. Leftwich
He needs to draw up more screens and shallow crosses when you have a defense being overly aggressive.
5. Gronk
He didn’t have his best outing. Needs to get a better feel for open spaces in zones. At times he seemed apprehensive. I’m hoping it’s just rust.
