He has made basic time management mistakes. He brought back a DC who has produced a defense of epic horrid proportions. He has a rookie OC who can’t get a first down when it matters. Has the game passed Bruce? Can he adapt? Are the Bucs just screwed again for the next 2 to 3 years until we get the next coach who sucks?
