Arians has broken the Gruden curse!

Every coach to come after the Glazers fired Gruden (ridiculously) has cowered when being required to stand in the shadow Jon cast on this franchise. B.A. doesn't give a shit about pressure and expectations. His shadow is bigger, his ego is much smaller. He owns it and demands those around him do the same.

He's a balls out winner that will...100%...always...unapologetically play to win every damn time.

Pressure busts pipes and/or makes diamonds. This guy is unaffected by pressure and will damn sure require some shades being worn to block the glisten coming off the diamonds he's going to manifest for this franchise.
