One of the moments that comes to mind when watching him escape the sacks in the pocket, was when he broke off that 3rd and 19 run and spun out of the pile. Not to mention every bit of his leadership he showed in college we all saw from him. Personally, I think my most favorite, and his biggest defining moment came from his end of the season press conference where he called out the entire team including himself. He is committed to changing this culture. You can see and feel the unity of the team. It's only going to get better and I can't wait.
