The roster is built ass backwards, why is Licht still our GM? And why do people continue to focus their criticism solely on Koetter and Mike Smith while Licht hardly gets a mention? I have criticized Koetter as much as anyone on here... but to me Licht deserves the most blame by far. Yet to most Buc fans he gets the least amount of blame out of the 3...he's actually gotten a ton of support in his overall time here.
You idiot Licht supporters realize his record as Bucs GM is 22-42? A pathetic 344%. Dummynik went 28-52 (350%) WAKEY WAKEY... Time to smell the damn coffee and realize we have another clown at GM.
We have the goofiest writers covering the team and one the dumbest fan bases in all of sports. If the shoe fits wear it, I don't care if your feelings are hurt when it comes to this. Come get this work, I'm talking that smack because this fan base ain't shit and yall boys need to be whipped up into shape.
Here are a few things Licht cant scout worth a damn and its costing us a chance of winning....
RB's with some damn acceleration. I wanted a guy like Kamara for years, an elusive agile back that can replace Charles Sims, Martin, and Rodgers all in one shot. Licht loves these clunky type RB's all through out his roster. Not one elusive guy at RB in 4 years! lol. He finally got one big back worth a damn in Barber. I like that kid a lot. But he is your thunder, we need a scat back that can make huge gains and hit the home run.
Good Kickers, Kai Forbath is looking strong, and of course that Matt Bryant guy. Yes he found a punter in Anger, but its a negative trade off when you waste a 2nd rounder on Aguayo and let Matt Bryant walk out the door. just awful.

The worst GM in the league by far when it comes to prioritizing the pass rush. He simply doesn't hold it in high regard and when he does he cant scout it worth a damn. Now its blatantly obvious what this team needs and his job is on the line, so he has to go balls deep all in one of season and potentially reach and overpay whats available.
Why does a regular joe schmo like me see the lack of pass rushing talent on this roster for years but the rest of the fan base and the Bucs GM does not? I have made threads and posts for years about this and I'm just a fan, I saw that this was not how to build a football team. If you were around for the SB years and have been relatively silent on this issue BEFORE THIS YEAR....you should be ashamed, you are not a real fan, you are an uneducated clown. We saw firsthand what the standard was...we had a top 10 defense for 10 years, we were the ones with all the clout and the freakin blue print how to smash offenses for 16 weeks a season.
Finally all of you are on board with building a team that can get pressure with a 4 man pass rush. Better late then never I guess. There was a decent amount of people clamoring for pass rush in the 2014 draft when Clowney came out.. but he went #1 overall...ok cool, we ended up with Evans. Great pick. But the rest of that draft didn't even sniff for dline help. After Clowney was gone most if not all Buc fans went right back to sleep. Like pass rush was never a thing. Dumb fan base I tell ya.

The proof is in the pudding. A GM that has 2 of his 4 drafts do absolutely NOTHING for the defense side of the ball does not deserve to be an NFL GM, not to mention how hard that is to accomplish. And then you add his horrible list of FA signings on defense (besides Grimes).
