The White pick seems to tilt the odds toward our primary Base Nickel being a 2-4 rather than a 3-3 Front, as below:

Open B – JPP (3 tech)

Slanting to Closed A or Closed B at snap – Vea (2 tech)

Open C/Cut-back and Boot – Nassib (On Ball WOLB)

Force (Closed) – Barrett (On Ball SOLB)

Open A/Scrape (to Closed) – LVD (Off Ball WILB)

Scrape to Closes B or A off Vea/Scrape (to Closed) - White (Off Ball SILB)

Closed C - Bucannon/Whitehead (Stacked SS)

————-

- I feel like this pick puts JPP squarely in the 3 tech camp (given that McCoy is gone).

- HOWEVER...entirely out of left field could be if McCoy stays...and LVD is cut (along with a few others for cap space). Then you would have JPP playing his natural 5-7 tech 1 gap DE, McCoy and Vea as 1-3 techs w/ White as either the sole stacked ILB (and Nassib/Barrett as on-ball Edge players) or White/Bucannon as off-ball stacked ILB and Barrett as on-ball Edge.
