Oh no, Don't say that Blount.. The fans still care about you !!!! :'(
"Greg Schiano was an awesome coach. Gave great direction and always got the best out of his players. The ever growing list of guys who succeeded after Schiano cut them is just because they were bad guys who wouldn't accept coaching while they were here, and then just 'decided' to be good guys who allowed themselves to be coached up to their potential after they left."You guys are hilarious, as always... ;D

When Blount arrived in New England, he got an apartment across the hall from Talib. He vented, he asked questions. He allowed himself to be ground down, and finally relented to a piece of advice coaches had been telling him for years.

But but but... It's Schiano's fault
When Talib is vouching for somebody... You run in the opposite direction.
Agreed. Good riddance to both of them.

we need to stick to only drafting ballers. Guys you do t have to worry about. Guys like Johnny Manziel.
I just hope nobody actually believes what Talib had to say about Blount had anything to do with the Patriots acquiring him.
Unfortunately our good guys went 4-12. Other teams added our bad guys to their good guys and made more good guys and are still playing right now.
Unfortunately, some are more concerned that the guys be boy scouts than football players. To quote mike Singletary, "I want winners"!!

He allowed himself to be ground down, and finally relented to a piece of advice coaches had been telling him for years. At 6-feet and a thick 250 pounds, he would never succeed unless he lowered his pad level. His unusual speed and athleticism would be worthless if the target area for opponents was wider than some left tackles. While some of it was desperation — if Blount didn’t succeed in New England, would a third team have given him a chance? — Blount made sure to include the name of his instructor. He was nothing other than a Patriot now. And while it was easy to boast, especially after racking up single-game franchise records, Blount didn’t miss his chance to do so."I changed it because I had to, because Bill (Belichick) told me to," he said.
I forget what it was like to have coaches who could get the most out of players.
I forgot what it was like to have players who could be coached without it taking years.
True.Thank God for the guys we have now.
Which guys we have now?
More Good guys to root for.. LVD, McCoy, Mike James, Banks, Doug, Mase, and other guys like that. That's better than Raheem's band of knuckleheads.
McCoy was a Rah pick. You're almost clueless x)
He got 1 right in 3 years. Does he get a medal?
Don't know don't care. My point is that knucklehead thinks Schiano drafted McCoy.
Talib is the same. Overrated. Gets burned on a handful of plays every game.
Every CB gets burned, especially is the team lacks pass rush. My main concern with Talib wasn't his ability, but moreso his availability. Dude needs to 'ice up' more than any corner i've ever seen.
Aqib Talib for GM.
