2. Not resigning Winston that allowed the Bucs to sign Brady.
3. Getting Gruden as a HC who signed a few extra players that led to the Bucs winning their first SB.
4. Hiring Dungy who put together a great Defensive team that led to Gruden coaching a SB winning team.
5. Hiring Arians who coached the Bucs to a SB win.
( I know that is more than a decade, but I think those are the best moves ever by the Bucs.)

@firelicht2020 And he produced a SB. That's the point of the topic. It was a great move by the Bucs to hire him. He built the roster that attracted Brady.
It took him a decade. I'm pleased that he got us over the hump finally by getting Brady... but I'm not gonna go and crown his .400 record as GM
It's signing Brady and there's no close second. It's probably the best move in franchise history. 2021 team was probably the best team in franchise history that just got unlucky. If they never went to the 7 team format Wirfs doesn't get hurt because they would have had a bye week.
