What do you think some of the best personnel outcomes could be this season?

I'm going to hope that our defense shows vast improvement this year (top 10) and Mike Smith can somehow take enough credit for it to get a HC gig, and Buckner can get elevated to DC. I think he would honestly run an aggressive D instead of just paying lip service to it. We could still achieve the result of getting Buckner in the DC role by Smith's soft D blowing again, but that would have poor consequences for the team as a whole. So I'm pulling for Mike Smith to be on the HC carousel next year, as that will mean we had a good one.
