Big 3 Gone, Derwin James @7, Yay or Nay?

I vote yay. We were the 32nd ranked pass D and 22nd ranked rush D. Is that just going to magically get better? James is a striker and has the talent to play man CB. He needs coaching and time to improve angles and hopefully trust a system, but him wreaking havoc at the line the line of scrimmage with an improved pass rush would do wonders. I'd say James' and JPP already would help us at least stop hemorrhaging yardage at the bottom of the pack every year and get more people on the ground which would make watching Buccaneers football so much less stressful.
