There are 15 teams with more cap space than the Bucs that are willing to go on spending sprees and several of the larger market teams that will spend big despite being cap strapped. In addition, the Bucs are coming off of a 4-12 season with MRSA problems at their facility. Expect to see K mart blue light specials during the FA period which Licht will focus on to improve the lines and special teams/depth (eg LB, WR, CB).
