Cowher isn't coming back. Just like Gruden, they both have cush jobs that have zero stress. Both have been out for some time now and don't want the daily grind of a NFL coach. It would be nice to see them both back on the sidelines though. Their scrowls are definitely missed...
Id love Cowher too, but Gholston-McCoy-Bowers is NOT a 3-4 DL. Theyre all ends and a 3-4. Not a true 3-4 NT in that group. Not sure if anyone on our roster could fill that spot right now.
I dont want Cowher...but Spence would be a good NT in a 3-4. Dont limit your listing of possible NT to half our DL.

I guess I missed where someone referred to Gholston and Bowers as "great" DL. I like the 3-4, but we dont have the personnel at all to transition quickly.
