There have been at least three occasions where he had to go immediately, during the game, like AB84! .... He might have good people management and he might be able to keep a good atmosophere in the locker room, but as soon as he is on the sideline he is absolutely useless, he does everything wrong. Bowles is not growing as a HC he is regressing and as a DC he is also regressing. I do not see him as Bucs HC next year unless a miracle happens with the remaining games.

Yep the Todd Bowles era officially ended last night. Consecutive must-win division games vs two-win and four-win teams is just plain inexcusable.

the Bucs first mis-step was extending him in the summer. made no sense with 1 year already left on his deal for 2026
the second mis-step was not bringing in a better OC. Just promoting from within is something they did not do the first 2 OC hires which turned into head coaches. Why?
Now that the Bucs are in a nose dive and somehow managed to lose 2 games at home to double digit loss teams, yeah, he's cooked. They will finish 8-9 winning the last week when Carolina rests their starters
