The team quit on their coaching staff so how do you move forward? You can't ship out players because that only increases the holes that have to addressed. Bucs need to use remaining cap space to bring in new talent to augment existing talent.
I mean the only silver lining is that you will have a more competent CB and S position coaches that are more hands on with these young guys.

Fix the front end with an infusing of talent and better coaching on the backend and the defense should be improved. But make no mistake this team lives or dies (eg wins) with offense as long as Bowles is HC.
