Brad Johnson talks about Bucs new QB Jameis WinstonFormer Bucs Super Bowl-winning QB Brad Johnson thinks Jameis Winston has the traits of a winner.The Tampa Bay Buccaneers officially welcomed their new quarterback Jameis Winston into the building on Friday. A a number of former Bucs were there to welcome him, including Super Bowl-winning quarterback and fellow Florida State Seminole, Brad Johnson. He loves it,” Johnson said. “You can hear it in his words, you can hear it in his voice. And he’s done it at the highest level in college – from winning the Heisman to winning a National Championship to playing through some tough times, to leading almost back-to-back championships.“And everything matters to him, it matters – the meetings matter, the walk-throughs will matter, the games will matter, and then, how you deal with it and how do you improve every day? Jameis Winston had earlier been announced to be wearing #3, annoying all of the people who had purchased custom-made Winston #5 jerseys -- but pleasing everyone who didn't want to be reminded of Josh Freeman every time Winston took a snap.No real notable jersey assignments among the other Bucs players. Kevin Kenny Bell gets Michael Clayton's old number, while Donovan Smith gets to wear Jeremy Zuttah's, but that's about it in terms of significant numbers. At least as far as I can see.QB Jameis Winston: #3T Donovan Smith: #76G Ali Marpet: #74LB Kwon Alexander: #58WR Kevin Bell: #80WR Kaelin Clay: #14FB Joseph Iosepha: #33This necessitated two other jersey number changes, for players no one really cares about. Tight end Taylor Sloat will switch from #80 to #49, while defensive end George Uko will switch from #58 to #95.link
