Not spoken about yet this off-season is how incredible our LB core is and will be. Are we scary good there?
The recent DL improvements will free up our rangy burners to put on their track shoes and crack some heads.
Think about the diamond we drafted in Beckwith...while Kwon was injured he accelerated his development 3 years. A healthy LVD - Kwon - KB will absolutely wreck havoc this next season.
Of all our groups, the LB group is the one that stands to benefit most from the pressure we should generate in 2018. Tackles, picks, clean up sacks, blitz package success, TFLs and more will be more easily found next year.
I could see a 6th rounder being spent on LB but as it stands, I’d be hard pressed to label any other 4-3 LB group better than ours.
Finally are we the best 4-3 LB group in the NFL?
Holy shizz I’m stoked for this season and we haven’t even drafted yet.
