It would seem that many that are so convinced that Winston committed a horrific crime perhaps need to read the Brian Banks story of someone just like the Duke Lacrosse team railroaded into being actually tried and convicted of the crime he didn't do.. Fortunately, though kicked out of school the Duke Lacrosse team was able to prove that the claims of rape were totally false but they faced the same knee jerk public that continues to beat a dead horse. Even though not imprisoned the damage was done. Do those filled with such hatred towards Winston honestly feel given the facts of the case that Winston should suffer a similar miscarriage of justice?I suggest reading all the comments concerning someone falsely accused.
