Report out by NFL Network that TB continues to impress and is far ahead of where the team expected him to be at this point. He's doing so well that he has started taking some first team reps over incumbent Matt Cassel. This shouldn't be surprising to any that actually looked into either prospect. TB was known as a football junkie who's understanding of his offense in college was far beyond most. If you watched him play this was only reinforced as it seemed he knew exactly who would be open on every play. Compare that to JFF college scheme in which the OC at TAM reportedly ran a very simplistic system for JFF.Throw in reports that Browns management have commented that JFF is NOT where they would like him to be. Well he may be partying to much, but wait until the real football starts he'll settle down to work. Oh yeah, the best thing one of his WR could say so far? He hasn't made any mistakes. This is the perfect example of why a Tom Brady goes into the 5th round, or why Aaron Rogers lasts until the last first. Once the football is over, things that don't matter start to matter and it's always wrong. Why did TB drop? He has small hands and was shorter and skinner than people were comfortable with. Pay no attention to the fact that he NEVER had injury problems. Those of you who stood up for JFF claiming he's a winner and a playmaker and will be the next great NFL QB are as blind as the GM, scouts, coaches who think that TB's hands are to small even though he's never show a problem throwing or holding onto the football. You all get exactly what you deserve. I'll sit here and smile.
