He may have played less snaps (see early "coach speak" about his overcoming his poor play in run defense and drops) but they FEATURED him when he was in. They ran stunts for him, two almost get home. And he causes the INT on a drop. So, CLEARLY he's improving from "cAnT bLocK a Wr"Â
Now, how did you two feel about that 4th down run by Tucker?
;-)Â
David Walker leads the Buccaneers in sacks, but only has one more Defensive (52) snap than Special Team (51) snaps.
Al-Quadin Muhammad plays the same position and has 121 Defensive snaps with zero sacks.
At least when we start losing that'll incentive Bowles to let younger players play, right?
RIGHT?!??!?
He's still running behind on snap count only playing 19 snaps (32% of the defensive snaps) last night, even though he clearly had a bigger impact than any player above him:
Rueben Bain LB 0 0% 35 58% 0 0% YaYa Diaby LB 0 0% 34 57% 2 9% Al-Quadin Muhammad LB 0 0% 25 42% 0 0% David Walker LB 0 0% 19 32% 16 73%
However, he is playing 73% of the Special Team's snaps. So there's that.
As I said in another thread, he needs to be starting moving forward.Â
He sure learned a lot this week about playing the run and dropping in coverage. On a short week too - very impressive.

Just like YOU learned to be a human boy on a short week
I am a shameless sack who won't ever admit it even when I drag another poster down with me in a hilariously embarrassing trolling fiasco
Thats you, right?

Very impressive indeed.Â
Hope Bain sees a similar positive trend with his play.Â
New staff next season could end up having a helluva duo with those two.Â

All the more reason to let Yaya test FA unless he wants to take a home court discountÂ
