yeah my guess is we lose. Potentially down Vea, a starting corner or 2 and chris godwin.
good lord if they can shutdown Evans, looking like maybe 12-17 points and with no defense; not a good look
otherwise a very winnable game but this week maybe more about rooting for Falcons to lose to Carolina
I don't know who is for sure playing but I think this game could go either way. I had it marked as L in September but after the Packers dropped to the Giants I'm not so sure anymore. They are playing home though which helps but their run defense isn't very good. R White should have a day and if we are able to pound them then the game will be close.
So soon we forget about the losing ways of this team. I hope the Bucs can beat the Pack, but I'm not buying into the positivity this time. I did that at the beginning of the season, but they flopped. It's possible but not probable that they can go into Lambeau field and beat the Packers. I'm not buying that the young guys are making enough strides to the point where they can make up for the deficiencies that brought on the midseason losing streak.
I'm not buying the hype twice in one year. Once per year is enough. It's time to be from Missouri and show me with this team. The Bucs have shown the ability to hang in there and not get blown out, but still lose. That's what I am guessing will happen again, but the Packers will pull away at the end. Packers 27 Bucs 17.
I mean, I hope the Bucs win, but totally agree there's no reason to be optimistic
I think I have probably watched the Bucs play at Lambeau a half dozen times in person. All great experiences. But, its really a stretch to say we will beat the Packers now, even though on paper we match up pretty well.
Packers are IIRC 31st against the run
150 yds rushing and 2 TDs from Mayfield and Bucs win
Canales would probably love to see that this is one of five things Packers fans think the Pack need to do to beat the Bucs:
Can the Packers contain Rachaad White?
"Only seven players have more yards from scrimmage than Bucs running back Rachaad White, who has 1,164 total yards through 13 games and three straight games with 100 or more total yards. The Bucs are feeding him touches; White has 20 or more in four of the last six games and is averaging a little over 19 per game overall. He also has a touchdown in five of the last six games. The Packers have been burned by too many running backs in losses this season, so stopping White and making the Bucs one-dimensional is a must."
“As a result of a shoulder injury, Green Bay Packers’ starting safety Darnell Savage won’t play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.”
Playing RB White on all my fantasy teams, looking for a big day from #1.
Bucs OL and White should be able to move the chains. The problem is the Bucs DL needs to be in Love's face or else he can rocket some deep pass plays to keep the Packers in the game.
"Packers’ RB Aaron Jones, listed as questionable for Sunday due to a knee injury, is expected to play vs. the Buccaneers, per source."
schefler
Rappaport --
While #Packers coach Matt LaFleur said there is optimism that RB Aaron Jones plays today, source says AJ Dillon is not expected to go. Dillon is dealing with a broken thumb, but was trying to play.
Weather to be in the high 30's to low 40's.
Playing against the 2nd worst rushing defense in the league (who happens to have a fairly stingy pass defense).
This is setting up to be 20+ carry game for White and possibly 10+ for Edmunds.
A wet dream scenario for Bowles.

Canales - "I think one thing you’ll learn is I’m going to be a little bit stubborn about running that ball and having that balance."
should have hired Waldron ;-)
Great news for the #Bucs defensive front, Vita Vea (toe) will be active today against the Packers.
Focus up for Jacksonville, they have a dangerous receiving corps and Lawrence who can make us pay from anywhere, our defense sucks cause we get caught in our tendencies and a little self scouting we can identify the issue as a playcaller. This a game where its gonna take a lot of grit and focus nothings gonna come too easy. They aren't more talented than us we just have to focus
Based on what I saw from this game is the Bucs offense is really starting to gel. Defensively the major issue is the Bucs giant hole playing cover 3 which WILL BE ANOTHER PR ARTICLE THAT WILL come this week AGAIN. Also the lack of pass rush and pressures.
