I personally love the way Lovie and Dirk are developing Jameis. The most important thing for a young QB is confidence. Jameis made a lot of great throws on Sunday. I think that got kinda lost in the mix. He moved the chains more than a few times, and navigated the pocket well. There is no need to put the whole weight of the offense on his shoulders. Something I would like to see brought back however were the deep "back shoulder" type passes we saw in Houston when the game started. Evans and Jameis will get it right soon, their timing is just a bit off. Early in the game Jameis missed Evans running open, and later on in the game Evans dropped a solid pass from Winston. Hoepfully that gets cleared up in the bye week.
