So, when Schiano goes 9-7 with Cleveland, we will have numerous threads from disgruntled posters ala Bennett, Blount, Talib, etc. ????
Lovie was the #1 guy I wanted and am beyond happy he is here, but I don't see how anyone can disagree that Schiano got a pretty raw deal here. Between the MRSA, huge number of injuries, lack of depth on the roster, and the implosion of the "star" QB that was forced on him I don't see how any coach could have salvaged last season. I do fully expect him to continue coaching in the NFL, but he may have to take a coordinator job for a year or 2 for all of this to blow over. Please note- I am not saying I want Schiano back. I am super happy to have Lovie. I am just looking at the situation without my usual fan bias.
