People act like players quitting on a coach is such an epidemic. It happens all the time. It's not hard to fix. All you have to do is fire the coach and then the players start playing hard again. The Bucs could have hired Wade Phillips, Brad Childress, Mike Sherman, or any of the other geezers the Glazers were talking to and the players would have begun the 2012 season playing hard.

It is only the most important when it supports their argument. Schiano did some good things here that will help this team moving forward. Schiano was also blamed for some crap he had no control over. To deny either of those things is hating just to hate. People just love to kick a guy when he's down.
