Hello all. Something a bit different to take a step back from all the post-draft talk and offseason garbage articles I keep reading - and instead look forward to training camp and the season ahead by recalling why I love this team.It would be great to hear the opinion of fellow Buc fans in relation to 3 questions. I was thinking about these today for some reason, and would enjoy hearing some of your stories / memories.1. How and why did you start supporting the Bucs?2. What is your worst memory?3. What is your favourite memory?I will get things going [and hope I don't get shot down too quickly lol] :)1. How and why did you start supporting the BucsAs my name suggests I am from the UK, and historically NFL coverage has not been too great over here - let alone Bucs games/coverage. So I guess I had a bit of a strange start to my Bucs fan career. It started while visiting Tampa for a holiday one summer. I had not really understood football and it was never on my radar as a sport...I much preferred basketball. I was staying at a rental house with family and friends - and this place had a playstation with one game....Madden! As sad as that sounds, Madden really worked as a tool to help me understand the rules of football, the ideas of offense/defence/ST, and different positions etc - especially as a young kid who only knew about Soccer at the time. Of course, staying in Florida [near Tampa] there was only one team I could choose to play as. Within 4 days I had bought my very first Bucs jersey [Ronde Barber cheap basic jersey due to all the INTs I got with him on Madden lol]. From then on I was hooked.Since then I have been lucky enough to dine at Lee Roy Selmons and also catch a home game in the Florida heat at Ray Jay.....although we lost, hearing the cannons in person was a special experience.2. What is your worst memoryThis is quite a recent one and maybe because it is so fresh I remember it first. The loss to the NY Giants in our most recent playoff appearance in 2007. I was so hyped for this game.....and I really thought we would win, especially being at Ray Jay. The feeling of disappointment was major and perhaps made worse by not being in the playoffs since :'(3. What is your favourite memoryOf course the Superbowl. But another favourite memory was watching my first game in Ray Jay after driving for like 2 hours in traffic from Rotonda West / Port Charlotte. Hearing the cannon in person [and not just on TV] was pretty epic.Sorry for the long post. I look forward to hearing a few stories and interesting memories.GO BUCS!
