I still think Talib is fairly overrated. Watching Blount run well with proper coaching hurts though...
We have 4 capable RBs. What do you want to do with the 5th? Would Blount beat out Doug Martin? Heck no.Blount was let go mainly because he couldnt block. Our offense many times required the RB to pick up the blitz as well as catch out of the backfield. Blount is not good at those things and he didnt fit very well here anymore.Talib was a headache here for the most part. He kept getting suspended and was injury-prone. It's nice to see he cleaned up some and the trade was probably a wake-up call. But when he was here, he was out of control.
