Bucs Bosa Draft Scenario

I have watched plenty of game film on Joey Bosa and I think he is a great fit for the Bucs.  Not only is he a game changer on the field but he is a great kid off.  He is the type of kid you hope your son grows up to be just like.  As GM I would package Glennon and the Bucs pick to the Chargers and draft Bosa number 3.  I think with an aging Philip Rivers the Chargers would jump all over this.
