According to Greg Auman:[member=23448]gregauman[/member] Bucs have fifth-most salary cap room for 2016 with $52.8-million, per @Spotrac. Raiders ($79m) and Jaguars ($75m) way ahead of rest of NFL.The Bucs will need to use some of that to re-sign Martin and a couple other players...but they will have the room to sign some free agents.
