Following Sunday’s 37-32 loss to the Rams, Bucs head coach Dirk Koetter said the team’s “culture is not where it needs to be,” and called it his job to fix.
Before anyone took the comment the wrong way or directed blame at the wrong people, Koetter took a moment Monday to elaborate on what he meant by saying there needed to be a culture change in the Bucs locker room.
