Earlier someone posted that Bowles has had a tough time adjusting his scheme to lesser talent on the field, like Britt. That is true and a legit criticism of Bowles. BUT, the Bucs are still in it, at least up to this Panthers game lol, and that is something to be THANKFUL for on this day.
especially when one considers the state of the roster.
IF the Bucs can beat the Panthers (a big “IF”) and do so without injury they will have some momentum and hope and a team getting healthier.
Chris Braswell over Jonah Ellis was a killer
It's so hard to evaluate Bama talent. They're always so stacked from paying elite players for years under the table. Luckily NIL has evened the playing field so future Bama prospects can be properly evaluated instead of playing around 7-8 NFL defensive players
However, Bowles DID leave him in vs Washington in a blowout and he got hurt. A theme of Bowles this year.
Completely forgot about that.
3 score game with like a minute to go in the game and he had Winfield out there on the hands team for an onside kick.
If only we were up 50-0, then he might’ve considered pulling him.
The argument at the time was we didn't have many other DBs to leave in after earlier injuries... But who fucking cares? You've lost your DBs so you leave your star in? He got hurt on the goal line too so just play an extra LB.
I don't understand Bowles at all... He's conservative when he should be risky and risky when he should be conservative.
Injuries late - roll the dice
4th and short - punt away and rely on the vaunted defense
Do you also check in with that same law firm?
Coming from the same guy who said the decision not to go for 2 in KC was on the OC and not the HC.
Despite the fact that HC said it was his decision. 🤡

In all seriousness, hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving with you and your loved ones.

He has a rough time with a lot of things... He's been collecting TOs like pokemon.
His clock management is quite possibly the worst in the league.

He's simply a bad HC, much to the chagrin of a few (including the board's resident trolling drunk).
Hopefully, the Glazers/Licht do the right thing at the end of the season and move on.
That being said, Happy Thanksgiving to ya, sir.

You too... But also you're much more confident in us keeping Coen than I am..he will be a top target. I don't think we keep him without losing Bowles.
Happy thanksgiving

yes, agree.
as sure as DH is going to resort to name calling when his trolling is quoted lol, Bowles has plenty of shortcomings as a HC
Y'all just gotta let this shit go... I was right there with you guys arguing nonstop but at some point it's just exhausting.
Happy thanksgiving. I'll be drinking lolz

POST OF THE WEEK!
If Dennis is now out long-term the Bucs are really in bad shape at LB, right?
More complex than just the Dennis out for Britt issue, but the Buc defense was giving up about 20 points per game and then when Dennis goes out they go up to around 30 until the Giants game.
That is BIG drop off. Britt is that bad (lol), just not sure Dennis was that good

Shouldn't he be back in a few weeks or is he done for the season?
