When you have an Oline that has to learn to protect a QB from a myriad of different looks and blitzes from their own defense, you get an Oline that learns to defend against anything thrown at it by any defense.
The Bucs Oline against the Rams showed how beneficial it is to practice against Todd Bowels defensive schemes. They played lights out! Better than I've seen a Bucs Oline play in a VERY long time!
As a result, Winston and the rest of the offense hit on all 11 cylinders.
I think it's only a matter of time before the secondary of the defense benefits from the experience practicing against their offense. We really need them to benefit and jell.
I believe the Bucs Yin and Yang will get better, and produce a championship caliber team.
