If the Bucs win the toss and defer, Bowles should be escorted out of the stadium never to return.
Ofcourse we can do better than Bowles
The time to fire him was last year. What a disappointment
so they give him another year and I think no matter the reason most would agree that team this year was not only more entertaining to watch but is a better team. Progress.
Firing him wouldn’t feel right or deserved and thus I don’t think they will do it. The only way I see it happening is if one of these big name coaches come our way. I’d say it’s very unlikely no matter Mondays outcome.

Teams normally defer because that give them the all important having the wind at their back in the 4th quarter. That may be the difference between a made or a missed FG. Also, it is easier for throw with the wind than against the wind. The Bucs have not had one TD all season with their opening drive.

I think Bowles even references that in his press conference, maybe as a credit to Canales' development? Not sure. Only mention that because agree or not with the strategy was based on something.
NOT trying to give Bowles credit he does not deserve, but it seems like maybe they knew Mayfield was in bad throwing shape and that they would struggle to move the ball (Pathers yd defense pretty stout) and so it would be a close game.
total guess giving them some benefit of the doubt
No sign again of WR A.J. Brown (knee) at #Eagles practice. S Reed Blankenship (groin) was out here running on a side field, but doesn’t look like he’ll go today either.
Little drama too:
"Wide receiver A.J. Brown is trying to send some kind of message after completely scrubbing his Instagram of anything Philadelphia Eagles and football-related content and deactivating his Twitter account on Friday."
"The last time wide receiver A.J. Brown scrubbed his social media was in 2022 amid contract talks with the Titans when he removed "TENNESSEE" from his Twitter bio."
"Just a few days later, Brown was traded to the Eagles. "
