Not a big fan of the Nelson contract as he’s a decent depth guy, but given his limited ability, I don’t get giving him that much. We are hurting for pass rush, I get it, but is this guy changing anything? Highly unlikely.
He got more playing time this past season due to injuries and only put up half a sack more than the previous (5 sacks to 5.5) season.
Yea Nelson doesn't have strong pass rush traits. Not quick twitch. #159th in QB hits despite playing with a really good secondary.

Edmonds is a solid pick-up. The Bijan Robinson to TB train ends now, thank god.
Edmonds is a good receiver, and a laterally quick back who fill fit well under Canales zone running scheme.

Bills release WR Isaiah McKenzie. He was earning 2.2M for 2023. IMO he would be a good addition to the receiving core and might be added at the 1.08M minimum plus signing bonus.
