I hope they're paying him on commission per win.

The probability of Drew Lock coming to Tampa just went up.

I’m thinking the GM had lots of say in this hire .

Here’s hoping this dude is this year’s Ben Johnson.

How innovative was the Seahawks offense the last few years?

Outside of Waldron it was very vanilla.  Expect a ground and pound styled offense because that is what Bowles wants.

Good running game; revitalized Geno Smith's football career.

I'll reserve judgement until we see what the offense looks like.

Pete Carroll was a defensive oriented head coach, and now Canales is coming here to work for another defensive oriented coach.  On top of that we aren't going to have a top level QB.  So I think we are going to see a run-oriented offense.

I'm both skeptical and optimistic about this signing.

I'll say that I love the youth component instead of a retread

The problem with a ground and pound offense is that you need an offensive line that can open up holes for the running back. That is something the Bucs were unable to do last season. I hope that the offensive line is improved next season.

I don’t expect ground and pound, but I will say it will be easier for OL to block opposing defenders when those defenders don’t know what’s coming - unlike what we saw from last year’s offensive playcalling.
