Bucs Hiring Consulting Firm to Assist with HC Search

I think this has been missed by a lot of Bucs fans. Jason Licht is only still the Bucs GM because it gives the illusion that we still have a GM. Licht is not going to be involved in the hiring process.

Korn-Ferry has been engaged to lead the search for a new Head Coach. They have been a part of many successful hires like Pete Carrol, Andy Reid, and Dan Quinn. Also a few flops notably Hue Jackson.

TBH they are probably also secretly leading the search for a new GM as well. Licht is only the GM for a short time. Could be a few weeks, at most one year.
