Bucs in line for two 3rd round picks?

If the Bucs were to lose Bowles to a head coaching position (or better yet somehow Leftwich), there's a not too shabby consolation prize that could include a 2021 and 2022 3rd round compensational pick, thanks to a new rule created last year. The rule awards comp picks to teams when their minority coaches and front office personnel are hired away to larger positions:
