He likely won’t improve dramatically, but he doesn’t desperately need to because of his all-around ability.RIGHT GUARD:RIGHT TACKLE:Demar Dotson, #4 - Overall 82/100A nice surprise in an otherwise tough season for Tampa, Dotson emerged as a top right tackle this fall.
