Bio:
Three-year starter at right guard who earned Second Team All-Pac-12 honors in 2017. Started seven games as a sophomore and five as a redshirt freshman.
Pos:
Explosive blocker best in confined quarters. Powerful, drives opponents off the line of scrimmage and works to finish blocks. Keeps his head on a swivel, works well with teammates and plays with a nasty attitude. Starts with excellent knee bend and leverage, fires into blocks and engulfs opponents with his size.
Neg:
Stiff, struggles to adjust and lacks footwork in space. Ineffective in motion and shows little skill at the second level.
Analysis:
Uhatafe is a strong blocker with excellent size and potential for a conventional running offense.
