Did you get nervous for Notre Dame's chances at victory each week based on the Lou Holtz press conferences?They need to learn how to stay in rush lanes, they need to learn how to read coverage, they need to learn better blocking schemes, they need to learn how to execute reverses on kickoffs, they need to learn a lot of things not some vague BS "how to win" skill. When they do those things they will win. You win by playing better. As soon as anyone can tell me what you learn in "How to Win" classes you get a prize.

They had them where they wanted them?..like how? By letting them lead the entire game? Like in the second half they took their foot off the gas and went into preserve mode? Maybe when kap made the defense look like fools? Or maybe it was the one second of hope when they actually got close?They never once were really close. They could've laid more points down, but their coaching went conservative. At no point did they, "have them where they wanted."You can use other words to describe rape, but it's still rape. I have no opinion on the coach as of right now, I keep reading about all the talent we have? Defense has some very good and a couple great players, but the offense has one VJ after that none. IMHO we are not a talented team overall Thanks

If losing is right where we want them then we've had many teams "right where we wanted them"! No doubt the defense is statistically better but can't get stops when we need them.

If you paid attention you'd know that successfully running doesn't have anything to do with play action. Play action works because the defense expects you to run...not that they expect you to run well. Darn stats proving things again and not just going off things people say to try and sound smart.
