The dysfunctional Redskins (2-4) have dropped three of their past four to sink into the NFC East basement.REGULAR-SEASON SERIES: Bucs lead, 10-9.BUCS ROAD RECORD VS. REDSKINS: 4-4.LAST MEETING: The Bucs ended a five-game losing streak in dominant fashion last Nov. 16, beating Washington 27-7 at FedEx Field. Rookie WR Mike Evans caught seven passes for 209 yards and a pair of touchdowns as Josh McCown completed 15 of 23 attempts for 288 yards. The Redskins obliged with 11 penalties and three turnovers amid the boos. Robert Grifffin III was sacked six times, including twice by DE Jacquies Smith.
