Pretty much this times a million.I think the Glazers struck gold with Dungy, and they've been trying to recapture that magic with the last 2 hires, but have whiffed, horribly.
Gruden "rescued" Dungy's created defensive team, Harbaugh is in the process of "rescuing" Singletary's created defensive team in San Fran. Who will our savior be??

Yep plus a million on both posts. Glazers swung and missed on both hires. We have the 4th ranked gm coach and qb compared to the rest of the teams in the division. With this trio in place last place is going to be the norm. Burn dis bich down.....it's time

Cmon bench dom is part of the problem. Can't keep dom and let him get a third try at head coach the problem with are team right now is gm coach and qb all have major problems or issues with them that can't overcome the other. Dom is good at contracts and signingg ppl but to no fault of his own some of those signings turn outbbad and bite him in the ass. Schiano is good at finding talent and teaching them football skills but is terrible on game day and adjustments. Terrible. And glennon knows the gameplans he's smart but is not a game breaker so if stuff goes on that messes up the script he wilts. All three need to go can't keep one. If one of them getsfired the others will be too.

I can't really blame dom for schiano. We don't really know who was in charge there.The glazers may have stuck their hand in it too. After all, it's another defensive coach signing, when dom seems to have a modern day rockstar image, yet he signs mr boring? Idk if I can buy that.If dom is responsible for schiano, he'll probably leave with him. And that would be as it should.
Dom has worked under two defensive minded HC...these are his picks because his mentors hired defensive minded coaches so he is emulating his mentors. Glazers have shown they want the flashy offensive head coaches (Gruden, Kelly, Mariucci,Ralph Friedgen, etc).
Couldn't agree more with this. Have to compete against teams in your division first and this dinosaur of an offense is light years away from keeping up.
dominik isnt a bust. but after 5 years he isnt worth keeping either. ive liked most of his picks...but they havent panned out. seeya.
Idk about you guys, but I'm actually happy we don't have a gm like allen anymore.Dom may not be a great gm, but he's at least somewhat average, which in the nfl, isn't bad.I like that he lets his coach pick. I like that he will spend. And I like the way he manages draft day and waivers.
