Grayson (5-9, 183) was most recently in Dallas for a week but he went to training camp with the New Orleans Saints this summer and showed big-play potential during the preseason. He played in all four games for the Saints and caught eight passes for 147 yards, including a long of 49, averaging 18.4 yards per catch. Grayson also returned six kickoffs for 137 yards and two punts for six yards.
Grayson has spent time on practice squads in Indianapolis, Houston and Chicago over the past two years as he has pursued an NFL career following an extremely successful collegiate run as a track and field athlete. During his four-year track career at LSU Grayson was a four-time NCAA Champion and seven-time All-American, primarily on 4x400 and mile relay teams. He clocked a personal best of 46.51 seconds in the 400-meter as a Tiger.
