Yeah the offense didn’t need much help except a better play caller

they could use some depth on the line because that really contributed to shit season

there’s no difference makers at WR but should be able to get by if they play like they are capable. Do we get 2024 Godwin for full season or is last year the new Chris? Can McMillan stay healthy? What is egbuka? The first half guy or the second half guy

Other than adding another veteran WR and drafting one along with drafting OL depth the offense is set.  I mean at this point that is what the Bucs FO must be doing as they are clearly all in with the offense carrying this team in 2026.

I would like to see another solid TE and O-line depth.  I wouldn't be upsed if they drafted a guard  in the 3rd round or so.

I wouldn't be surprised if they drafted a guard in round 2 or drafted a WR in round 2 with the way the Bucs are approaching this off season.  The vibes feel very different in that their approach has been to "coach up the defense" and to augment the offense with fire power.

That is why I can't discount the talk of taking a TE in round 1 with how things have progressed so far.

they need the offense to be 2024 then

Zac Robinson upgrade over gizzard but is he coen?

no Mike evans certainly hurts WR core

can the offense be top 10? I don’t see it

they are middle of the pack to me unless baker plays better than last year

and defense is somehow worse then last year. I mean for fuck sakes

The WR and RB group is a strength along with the starting OL.  TE group is solid but definitely needs a 4th guy to add to the mix, and QB feels like they have a trio that can compete. Question marks on offense if we really do a deep dive are the following:

How does the team feel about not having a big bodied WR on the roster?  Sure the team like T. Johnson, K. Johnson, G. Greene, and D. Houston but none of them have size to compliment the top three.  Jaden Smith has the size the Bucs FO likes but it feels like an obvious place where the Bucs invest in a draft pick to add size to the WR room.  Greene and Houston are average WR size but they are not winning jump balls and T. Johnson and K. Johnson are really all about agility in space as return specialist.

Next, the depth of the interior OL is a big mystery.  How does the team really feel about Klein and Haggard?  Does the team like Scott that much? Your intuitions are correct that the Bucs are highly likely going to draft an interior OL in round 3 or 4 based on Licht's history.  And because of Bredeson being on the last year of his deal and the uncertainty surrounding Mauch's future.

Did a mock where we traded back with DEN, picking up a 2nd and a 3rd.

Picked Pregnon at #30 (could've taken Faulk, but passed), which gives us a Day 1 starter and upgrade at IOL.

Took Rodriguez at #46, who should be a Day 1 starter at ILB

Took Brazzell at #62, who should be our future X.
