With Brady gone this teams is now a 5 to 7 win team. I find it hard to believe they are relieved of that. This article makes it sound like the bucs don't like being in the spot light. And I have seen the coaches act relieved about it but I doubt the players are. They want to go the playoffs and get another ring. Loser mentality from coaches is a good way to get a decent pick the next year tho. Winning mentality and culture needs to stay with Brady gone but let's also be honest this team was on a collision course when he hung them up with who we have running the team. There is no relief there just now we are starting over and who knows where that goes.
